Many adults come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by worry, stress, or constant mental noise. Anxiety can leave even capable, high functioning people feel stuck. I work with adults experiencing anxiety disorders and use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to interrupt anxious patterns, quiet persistent worry, calm the nervous system, and restore clarity so clients feel more grounded and in control. Therapy is a supportive space to focus on what matters most and create meaningful change.

I am a Board-Certified Case Manager (CCM) & Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington and Oregon. My work is grounded in evidence-based care and focused in reducing anxiety, easing stress, and supporting long-term emotional well-being.
