Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Individual Clinical Supervision:  Whether you have almost all your supervision hours or are just starting out, individual supervision is an amazing way to grow professionally and emotionally, explore your career options and gain confidence while increasing your therapeutic skills.  In weekly or monthly meetings, we will explore places your practice is feeling stuck, ethical dilemmas, workplace issues, practice development, clinical formulation, self-care, social justice concepts and professional identity formation.  We can work together to identify resources that could benefit you and your clients.

Individual supervision gives a clinician with their Associate License the ability to dive deeply into the skills they want to learn, the experience of being a therapist and get the one-on-one support you need to thrive.  We can discuss cases in detail and get specific about ways you can improve your practice in a supportive, fun and challenging environment.

As a Washington State Approved Supervisor, I work with therapists who are working toward their licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), licensed advanced social worker (LASW), licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). I’m happy to help guide therapists through the process of obtaining their associate license or to work with people who are already associates.

  • Individual Clinical Supervision and Consultation: $150/hr.

Group Clinical Supervision:  Are you new to the area or to clinical work? Wishing you had a group of therapists to connect with who were at a similar point in their professional development? In an employment setting where there is little or no supervision to count toward your licensure? Group supervision could be a great fit for you.

Group supervision not only increases your skill but also helps you to grow professionally and emotionally. Participating in a group outside of your place of employment gives you freedom to explore areas for growth apart from employer or coworker dynamics.  In a group that meets twice a month for two hours each meeting we will explore many aspects of being a therapist including transference and countertransference, boundaries, clinical documentation, crisis management, self-care, social justice issues, cultural competency, diagnosis and treatment planning, professional development and so much more.  You will form relationships with others in the group and sometimes even hear about job or training opportunities that are available.

Group meetings are structured around clinical case presentations and provide an excellent opportunity to deepen your psychosocial assessment and therapy skills and to learn from the other group members.

  • Group Supervision: $500 for 16-hour series.
